Our Mobile Medical Unit in the Pomak Villages: 12 Years of Service (September 2024)

For over twelve years, Agape’s mobile medical unit, staffed by volunteer doctors, dentists, ophthalmologists, psychologists, and nurses, has regularly visited the Pomak villages of Thrace, providing essential health services like eye exams, gynecological screenings (PAP tests), ultrasounds, and dental care to all residents in the area.

This year, Agape will continue this vital initiative through its mobile medical unit, sending a message of hope and solidarity to these vulnerable and isolated local communities, which lack easy or immediate access to basic medical services.
