Agape’s online event, titled “Uplift the Soul – A Fresh Start in Thoughts and Life,” was held on May 29, 2021, featuring psychotherapist Mr. Faidon Kaloterakis and counseling psychologist Ms. Kyriaki Milousi as key speakers.
Topics discussed included renewing the mind, redefining one’s perspective, and replacing non-functional beliefs with a positive and optimistic approach to life and its challenges. These themes aimed to inspire a meaningful ‘Fresh Start’ and ‘Uplift of the Soul.’
