Mobile Medical Unit Activities (November 2025)

Throughout 2025, Agape’s Mobile Medical Unit, led by Mr. Dimitris Tsoukalas, continued its dynamic presence in the Pomak villages of Xanthi, providing essential primary healthcare to residents in need.

Several one-day and two-day missions were carried out in Glafki and Kentavros, during which more than 80 residents received dental and gynecological services. These missions included cleanings, fillings, preventive check-ups, Pap tests, and examinations using a portable ultrasound. In addition, further visits were conducted to ensure the effective planning of upcoming missions.

With consistency and steady commitment, the Agape team – together with its valuable volunteers, including doctors and nursing staff – continues to visit the villages of mountainous Xanthi, addressing real needs and improving access to healthcare for the local communities.
