3rd Inter-Christian Family Life Conference (February 2020)

Agape-Αγάπη hosted the 3rd Inter-Christian Family Life Conference, which was held in Katerini at the Mediterranean Village Hotel from February 15 to 16, 2020.

The meeting, titled “A Time for War and a Time for Peace” (inspired by the Bible and the Book of Ecclesiastes), brought together more than 160 participants from the three main Christian traditions in Greece: Orthodox, Catholic, and Protestant.

The speakers (His Eminence Metropolitan Ignatios of Demetrias and Almyros, Mr. Emmanuel Toufexis, Mr. Fotis Romaios, and Ms. Alexandra Hercog-Abatzidi), representing the three Christian traditions, offered valuable insights into the differences that may arise within a couple, the root causes of these differences, constructive ways to address them, and strategies for maintaining balance and harmony in marriage.
